La Fabbrica di San Martino is located in Tuscany, on the green hills that surround Lucca. The estate is only 5 km away from the city centre along the Wine and Olive Oil Trail of Lucca. The farmhouse next to the Villa, built in 1751, has been beautifully restored and can be divided according to different needs and uses.

It can be rented as a Villa for large families or for a group of friends who love to spend every holiday together while maintaining their own privacy (the large spaces and the arrangement of the rooms can indeed give complete independence).

It can be divided into two apartments (il Timo on the ground floor, and il Pesco on the first floor) both with separate entrances, garden tables and gardens.

It can be further divided into smaller suites, suitable for 2-4 guests. (The latter solution is particularly suitable for short stays and low season)

The floors, ceilings and furniture are all original and the materials and colours have been restored to preserve their original beauty. Particular care has been given in choosing furnishings of the period. The result is a splendid blend between 18th century charm and 21th century comfort, where our guests can enjoy breathtaking views over Lucca and the pace of life so different from the hectic city life.
